Share Your Lunch With the Lord

I wrote this simple and fun song for our Childrens Church one morning, when the lesson was obviously about the
feeding of the five thousand, when one boy's lunch fed so many people.
Interesting to note that one of the apostles said 'We have here 5 loaves and 2 fishes, but what is that among so many?
The miracle here is what that small lunch was in the hands of our Creator God.
This song goes on to tell the kids that though they may be small in the eyes of Man, they can serve the whole world when they are in His hands.

Well, my Mom and my Dad took me out of town
To hear Jesus talk, and we all sat down
He taught many things that we needed to know
But the day dragged on and the sun sank low.
Well my stomach was saying 'It is time to eat.'
For it started to rumble, and almost to speak.
Thankfully Mom had made us all a lunch,
5 loaves and 2 fish, just enough to munch.

But the Master asked if there was food to share
And I knew that we didn't have much to spare
